Bad service. Dirty dishes. We waited until after we were all done eating before we were able to get refills. I specifically asked for the corn cob to be on a separate plate so as to prevent my food from getting soggy. The waitress didn't even write it down so my chicken was soggy. One of my party had black floaties in her drink. I had a small piece of lettuce in mine. The plates given to us for appetizers also had black residue on them.

Delicious food; from the "triple appetizer" to the chicken fry, pizza and salad. Service was attentive and thorough! Not a big fan of chain food but I would go back here in a heartbeat.

I am not usually a proponent of the chain restaurant, but we are rarely, if ever disappointed when we leave this Chili's location. (And we go here quite often) the service is always friendly, and on point. We love the fact that they have Coke products. Their chips and salsa are so good. Today though we wanted to try the latest thing that is being advertised, the smothered burritos and tacos. They were very good! The price of the prime rib burrito is $11.49, but it is huge and comes with a side of black beans. My dining partner opted for it and loved it! I got the new tacos which you can mix and match with carnitas, shrimp, chicken, or prime rib for $11.49 with a side of rice and black beans. I got one carnitas and two prime rib. The carnitas was ok. It didn't have as much flavor as I would have liked and was more dry. The prime rib on the other hand, was very good! Love the new Ziosk contraption on the table that allows you to pay at the table and not have to wait for the bill to be brought to you.

Best Chili's I have been to. Make sure to get the presidentas margarita. Their salsa is super addicting. It is a great place to take a group of people because it has a wide selection of types of food. This is my wife's favorite restaurant in all of Papillion. The staff is always friendly and prompt to tend your needs.

I like it because it is consistent and I know what I am going to get and what it will taste like. I change it up with custom options that insure it is prepared to my liking. I think that Chili's has THEE most refreshing, consistent and incredible frozen margaritas in the city. I LOVE THEM. 3 of these things and I am on my way to a goooooood night! LOL

Been here a few times and haven't had a bad experience. I like the slider type of food they have here. They have a triple dipper menu right now that lets you choose 3 types of sliders and/or appetizers that each come with their own dipping sauce. All performed pretty well. Chips and queso are a must. Their queso is pretty good and it comes with fresh made chips. Prices are decent, under $10 for most everything.

My housemate and I were out hitting the Thrift stores today and realized we hadn't eaten lunch. We drove past all of the usual Fast Food joints and none sounded appealing. Then we spotted Chili's and realized neither of had been there in years so we decided to stop in and have a sit down meal where someone served us. Best Decision EVER! The Hostess was friendly, our server (Jaime?) was excellent, and the food was awesome! We had the Two for $20 deal. She had the Mango Chutney Talipia and I had the 6 oz Sirloin, for our appetizer we had the Texas Fries smothered in Cheese, jalapenos, and bacon-bits. All were excellent, and as a Chef I was totally impressed with not only the quality of the Sirloin, but the fact that it came out at the exact Temp I ordered it the first time!

Well? What can you expect from a place like this? Typical chain atmosphere and food, but sometimes you just want what is familiar. Chili's has decent tex-mex fare with ample portions, so you can't go wrong there. Usually has a 2 for $20 deal or something similar. Just try to smile and nod through the apathetic hostess and overly zealous server right out of (or in?) high school. House margaritas are cheap and not bad. Don't miss the lava cake with ice cream.

Chili's Bar & Grill ranks high on my list of sit-down chain restaurants. The problem has been that i didn't live close to one until now. Last night while driving home I saw this particular Chilis so I pulled over to grab a bite to eat. I knew exactly what I wanted so I can't comment on the menu as there was no need for me to browse. I ordered the fajita trio (steak, chicken, shrimp) and a raspberry (or blueberry) iced tea. The fajita included perfectly sauteed peppers and onions along with a cold plate of cheese, lettuce, pico, and I asked for salsa. I was also provided three warm flour tortillas and there was so much food, I requested three more. All in all I had a great meal, the waiter was far from intrusive but attentive, and I was in and out in under an hour!

I love the margarita flatbread. It's super thin, and the cilantro and pesto sauce they drizzle over is amazing. To avoid being a "suburban person" I don't eat at Chili's often, but every time I do, I get the margarita flatbread and savor every bite of it.

Well, it's not the most amazing steakhouse EVER, but for the standard chain restaurants, it was pretty decent. On this visit I had the sirloin and fries, very nice flavor on the steak. Very rich and that perfect amount of "salty", really enjoyed it. The service was fairly decent, nothing over the top and nothing extremely bad. I stopped in on business by myself and they were really respectful even though I was sitting by myself. I would definitely recommend this Chili's if you normally go to the general chain restaurants. This one really rose above the rest.

Chili's food is as good as a chain restaurant's food should be, and this location follows along quite well. On our most recent visit, my wife and I took advantage of their new "two can dine for under $20" deal. Both of us ordered the mini tacos which are part of that dining special. You get four tacos of your choice (fried shrimp,pulled pork, chicken, ground beef) and they come with the ubiquitous rice and black bean combo. The tacos were pretty good and the rice and beans likewise. The dining special mentioned above also comes with your choice of pre-selected appetizer (we chose "bottomless" chips and salsa). The chips and salsa were your typical presentation, but the salsa, albeit a little runny, was decent for a chain restaurant. The same dining special also comes with a choice of one dessert, so we chose the brownie sundae. No complaints on that, either. We were seated in a booth located in the bar area. Our server was attentive for the most part, but he seemed slightly aloof in some respects. Bottom line was that he refilled our drinks and checked on us, so I won't say anything bad about the service. Although it is not necessarily the restaurant's fault, we were seated right underneath a vent, which, in the middle of January, seemed to be pumping out cold air instead of warm. If in the mood for chain-style Tex-Mex again, we will gladly return.

Excellent selections from their expansive menu along with flavorful, unique dishes make this chain seem special. Ribs, steak, fajitas, and Mexican dishes are all noteworthy! Fun atmosphere but can be crowded and a bit noisy/rowdy at times. Call-ahead and you cannot go wrong. Great restaurant!
